If your order arrives damaged or materially different from what you purchased, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@lookhaus.co with your order number and clear photos. We will review and work with you to resolve the issue.

3. Shipping Responsibility

Look Haus is not liable for packages lost or damaged after delivery or due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
